Zeytin Mature Dry Saddle

Ripe Olive Dry Sele is prepared by harvesting fully ripe black olives. To make it dry, it is blended only with rock salt. After about 2 months, it is separated from its salt and baked at low temperature and is ready to be enjoyed. Ideal for those who want to consume low-salt olives.
