Our Mission
Our founder Yaşar Yılmaz has made it his mission to find the highest quality, non-genetically modified, healthy and delicious products and offer them to his visitors. In this regard, we carefully select and bring hundreds of products from the region, such as the chocolates we use in our patisserie from Belgium, the gruyere in our delicatessen from the Netherlands, the pastrami from Kayseri, the sauces from Japan, and the butter from Trabzon.
