Umay Ogul Honey is prepared with a special production process to preserve high enzyme values. In this process, conditionally crystallized cream honey form was used and the heating process applied after freezing could be avoided. In this way, the highest amount of enzyme is preserved and the nutritional values of the product are preserved in the best way. Honey produced in one of the rare regions suitable for organic beekeeping, such as Zara Springs, attracts attention with its richness of different types of plants and endemic flora, as well as its altitude and location. Many plants such as thyme, mint, honeydew, hyacinth, stone clover, as well as protected, region-specific plants such as Achiilea Sintenisii contribute to the content of honey. The product has an organic agriculture certificate and no pasteurization process has been applied. In this way, the nutritional values of honey are preserved in the best possible way and offered to consumers.
