The pizza that Naples pizza chef Raffaele Esposito prepared with mozzarella, fresh tomato sauce and basil in the 19th century and presented to the Italian Queen Margherita is now enjoyed in every corner of the world. Our chefs prepare our pizzas, which increase as we share the taste, with a traditional recipe. Type 2 flour, obtained through slow stone grinding, plays the leading role in creating the traditional taste of our Neapolitan pizza. Then, we leave the dough kneaded with 'mother's yeast' for 72 hours to ferment naturally.
