For those with a sweet tooth, we recommend our extremely light and delicious Pistachio Pudding. We prepare the pistachios we specially bring from Gaziantep by grinding them fresh and combining them with natural milk. Our dessert chefs add a different flavor to the pudding by using cuttlefish, which was used especially in the making of milk desserts in the early Ottoman cuisine.
