The traditional flavor, Lamb Cutlet, literally melts in your mouth with its soft texture. Our chefs prepare the cutlet meat by cutting thin slices from the nerveless meat from the hind leg of the lamb. It is beaten and packaged upon request. Our lamb meat comes from Thrace.
